Southampton Port Health Authority will be running a one day course on behalf of APHA on 5th October. Local minibus hire is also available for the course. The day will include talks on sampling plans, returns, 669 and 1152 regulations with speakers such as Caroline Willis of the HPA and public analyst Shayne Dyer, as well as practical sampling training.
The course will run from 9am-4pm and includes lunch.
